Dress codes for the races!

T-2 weeks until the Melbourne Cup - what to wear? 🤔

Heading to the races in the next few weeks and want to keep up appearances?!

There is so much amazing spring fashion in stores right now. To ‘be safe’ though, these are two good places to look at the actual dress codes for your racecourse visits:

Suffice to say…. The Spring Racing Carnival is a time to look your most fabulous and stylish whether male or female.

Dust off those spectacular hats ladies, and look out your best silk ties gents!!!! (Or check out your nearest thrift store for some awesome and affordable finds and google ‘how to double Windsor’ - I've bought three vintage designe ties recently at Lifeline for $16 each)

I am reliably informed by someone in the know, that Sydney is not the exemplar of racing style, so definitely check out the MRC and what is expected of you at Flemington.
